The
mission of Daisye's Place is to provide temporary housing for women after
they have
graduated from a long-term, faith-based drug-rehabilitation program and
they have been transformed as described in II Corinthians 5:17:
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: old things
have passed away: behold, all things have become new."
The mission is to enable the
women
to discover and develop their God-given gifts and apply them in becoming
examples of God’s blessings as described in Jeremiah 29:11:
“For I
know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Our Goal -
The goal of Daisye's Place is to assist previously substance-dependent
women to develop self-confidence and to obtain employment, transportation, and
permanent housing.
We believe this will decrease the likelihood that a
woman
will become welfare dependent. We strive to provide our residents
with the opportunity
for a new beginning.
